Usually, users can see a list of friends and strangers who have viewed their story. The issue, which Bristol Live has also experienced, does not prevent users from posting stories, but does prevent them from seeing who's viewed said story. A spokesperson for Meta, its parent company that was previously named Facebook, told Bristol Live: "We're aware that some people were having issues seeing their Instagram Stories view count and viewer list.
